Fluid Transfer Solutions is an authorized Tube-Mac® sales and installer agent in Poland, specializing in non-welded piping systems for offshore, marine, and onshore applications. We cover Pyplok® installation, engineering and maintenance, delivering leak-proof hydraulic and mechanical connections.
Pyplok® technology approvals
Connections comply with ASME B31.1 / ASME B31.3. Approvals are held by Tube-Mac® for the Pyplok® system we are authorized to install.
Connections are made cold, so the permit, the fire watch and the gas-freeing procedure drop out of the schedule.
No ignition source means connections can be made in Ex zones and next to hydrocarbon systems, where welding is not an option.
At Solina the 40 bar line was replaced while the plant kept generating.

ResultThick-wall pipe routed through a tight envelope - a lot of pipework in very little space, with no template to follow.
Replacement of Hagglunds hydraulic motors together with power packs and pipework on the sugar cane milling line, including removal of the old installation.
ResultOld installation stripped out and the new one built in a non-welded system.
Replacement of the 40 bar compressed air installation, executed in stainless steel using the WALFORM system.
ResultThe line was replaced while the plant kept generating - no shutdown.
Additional DN200 compressed air line connecting three compressor rooms at the plant.
